Delivery
All of our items are in stock and are ready for immediate dispatch using our Free Specialist 2 Man Delivery Service with your product arriving within 2-4 working days. The carriers work Monday - Friday and do not deliver on Saturdays.
After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation stating your order details, you will then receive a phone call within 24 hours of placing your order form our specialist carrier who will arrange a suitable delivery date with you (you will be offered several dates depending on your location). If you supply a mobile telephone number you will also receive a reminder text message the day before your chosen date for delivery.
Initially the carrier will call you to arrange a suitable day with yourself for your delivery. Please ensure that the phone number stated with your order is current and correct (a mobile number is preferred).
Your delivery is a free, 2 man delivery, where you will be given the time (5 mins) to check the treadmill before the carrier leaves. The carrier will place the item in your chosen room (ground floor only) and even come with their own house slippers, as not to damage or mark any floors or carpets.

Zone B -

Deliveries to zone A on the map, are free, for a fully insured 2 man Specialist Service (signature required). There are however a few exceptions to this, as listed below:
Deliveries to Zones B, C, D and E will incur a small additional delivery charge (please see map). We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE :
For insurance purposes, we can only deliver to the ground floor.
